Is there an extra charge for delivery? Delivery within a 15 mile radius of Meopham, Kent, is included in the price for hire charge. For venues outside of this location, each extra mile is charged at 50p.
Are there any time restrictions? No, we don't believe in restricting your hire time to just two or three hours (with the exception of children's parties). All day hire is included in the price.
How long does it take to set up? Set up time is dependent on the service you are hiring, but can be anything up to two hours. Please enquire for more information.
Do I need to pay a deposit? A deposit of £50 (non-refundable) is required in order to secure your booking for sweet tables, Candy Cart, Ferrero Rocher towers and sweetie ferris wheels. Please enquire for deposit amounts on our other services.
Full payment is to be made minimum four weeks prior to the date of your event.
What happens if something gets broken or damaged at my event? Any breakages or damage to our equipment that takes place during your event will incur a charge to cover the cost of a suitable replacement.
For some of our services a £50 returnable breakage deposit must be paid along with the final payment (or beforehand) to cover any breakages that may incur. This will be returned to you within two weeks of your event.
Postbox If the keys to the postbox are lost during your event, we will charge you for replacement key cutting. Please also ensure that you have emptied the postbox of all your cards etc at the end of your event before our arranged collection. Failure to do this will result in a charge of £20 if we are required to come back again to collect the postbox.
Candy Cart Please ensure that the candy cart is not moved once we have set it up. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that there is access for the candy cart at the venue. The dimensions are:
- Width - 65cm
- Length - 154cm
- Full height when assembled - 194cm
What happens if my event is cancelled? In the unfortunate event of cancellations four weeks or more prior to the event, any amounts paid will be returned minus the initial deposit amount. Events cancelled less than four weeks prior to the event will not be refunded, other than the breakage deposit, if it has been paid.
Are there any safety restrictions? Our sweets and chocolates may have come into contact with nuts or other products that contain nuts. We can not be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
Children must be supervised at all times when consuming any of our products, to avoid the possibility of suffocation and choking from hard sweets or sweet wrappers.
We cannot be held responsible for the safety of any person attending your event. Should any incident arise causing injury in respect of any service or product, we cannot be held responsible in any way.
